In-House Pre-treatment and Paint
High-quality and customizable painted sheet metal is part of our end-to-end manufacturing process. We prep mild and stainless steel, aluminum, and copper sheet metal, as well as machined parts and have a variety of color options (color-matching in small batches) to create a clean and striking finish to your final product. Our precise metal masking services allow us to preserve threading and electrical contacts and provide your final product with a variety of coating options. By filling voids and repairing studs, seams, and surface blemishes, the ELO team ensures that your product’s look reflects its quality and power. Our facility includes three paint booths and two ovens.
